The team of this office is perfectly trained and qualified, as an Insurance Agent following the directives of the General Directorate of Insurance, Advised and Supported by the Insurance Companies with which it works and permanently available to the client, both for the contracting of a policy and for the processing of a claim, being able to contact us in our offices, or by telephone, by fax, through the Internet or at the insured's address.

We currently work with two of the most solvent companies in the insurance sector: Helvetia and Grupo Catalana Occidente.

Advice and Contracting

Assessment and management of risks and the underwriting of insurance policies, analysing the needs of Clients, researching and analysing the different alternatives on the insurance market, and choosing the most suitable conditions. We recommend the most suitable form of insurance according to our professional criteria.

We aim to achieve the best conditions at a reasonable cost in leading and solvent insurance companies.

Preparation of insurance programmes for companies and search for the coverage of these programmes in the insurance market: design of special coverage, even drafting the clauses that a policy may need for the best underwriting of the risk. By designing a specific insurance programme, we achieve optimum coverage at the lowest possible cost.

Review of the documentation sent by the insurance companies, to check that it complies with what has been requested. We keep a personalised file of all our clients' documentation.

Updating and regularisation of contracted policies: we complete the administrative requirements set out in the contract for it to be fully effective. We instruct the Client on their duties, rights and obligations about the insurance contracts taken out through our mediation. We negotiate with the Companies to adapt the policies to the circumstances and needs of the Clients.

Review and inspection of Clients' risks on an ongoing basis.

We keep abreast of market developments and legislative requirements to constantly adapt the insurance policies taken out. Our objective is the optimal renewal of policies every year.

Economy: our fees are included in the price of the insurance and do not represent a higher cost for the Insured.
